Here is a model, which shows that your performance is largely determined by your whole state of being at the time. Your whole state of being is identified by four specific facets, Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Energetic.
The current conventional approach, very commonly practiced, focuses primarily (probably around 90% or more) on the physical development, and about a little bit (probably less than 10%) on the ‘WHAT’ aspects of mental and/or emotional.
